How To: Make a delicious, healthy drink – even your kids will drink it.

Your Ingredients:
- Pineapple juice or Apple cider (I used Pinapple/Orange because thats what I had on hand)
- Spinach
- Fresh Mint
- Ice (not pictured)
- Banana
In your blender, drop in the banana.
Then the mint – about 4 or 5 sprigs worth, this is optional, but you must try it – it’s delightful and fresh.
Now add a handful of spinach, washed
And some ice. (and also the juice, which I don’t have pictured)
Blend!
Garnish with some mint for a snazzy little presentation and Enjoy!
