{How to} Roast Asparagus

Asparagus!! I love this stuff. It’s easy, too.

Let’s roast some and retain all kinds of yummy nutrients that you lose when you boil them. Steaming is good too, but I enjoy a little crunch.

You’ll Need:

# Asparagus
# EVOO
# Salt and pepper

Rinse the asparagus and cut the tips off.

Drizzle with EVOO.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Put in oven on broil for 5 minutes.

  3. I did a post a few weeks ago on roasting asparagus – great minds think alike! 😉 I add parmesan cheese to them – delish. Kind of negates the whole negative calorie thing asparagus has going on though. However, you have some pretty good dance moves and I think you could burn it off! 😉
